Spin is a high-energy, cardio-cycling workout on a stationary bike with great music! You control the intensity of your workout by applying more or less tension on the bike. Our motivating instructors lead you through a ride that includes a mixture of flats, hills and sprints while burning calories.

Tae Kwon Do is for students ages 5 and up. Improve balance, flexibility, stamina, strength and posture in this self-defense based class. Our instructor is trained by the Minnesota-based National Karate, which started its school in 1973. Instructor Kim Dewey is a 3rd degree black belt and has been teaching since 2006.
